of view of Brazil. You will go to the favelas of Vila Canoas and Rocinha,
the largest one in Brazil. There, you will visit a school, a handcraft
center (also supported by the tour) and other community works. Informative,
this tour changes the reputation of favelas, often related to violence
and poverty only. Local people greet you friendly and you are welcome
there. If you really want to understand Rio and Brazil, don't leave the

A Jeep will pick up the passengers at the Hotel, and drive up the mountain
to Pedra Bonita (Beautiful Rock), where passengers will have a privilege
view of the city and will have the unique experience to do hang gliding
off the Pedra Bonita. The instructor will give explanations of how to
proceed during this adventure. The flight can take around 7/15 minutes
according to weather conditions, and will leave pax at the sands of São
Conrado Beach, where the Jeep will be waiting for all to get back to the
hotel.

to feel the contact with nature. During this tour, people who will explain
the importance of the Mata Atlantica will guide us.
Maracana

Probably the world's most famous football stadium, Maracana is able to
hold 100,000 spectators. Going to the Maracana is an unforgettable experience.
Most games take place on Sundays, but only those involving the big local
teams will give you the kind of atmosphere that Maracana is famous for.
A visit to the stadium itself during the day can be easily arranged and
combined with any city tour.
Niteroi

This city is located in the Serra dos Orgaos, only one hour from Rio de
Janeiro. There we will visit the Imperial Museum, old summer residence
of the imperial family during the 19thCentury. We will be able to see

Imperial Crown. During our stay in Petropolis, we will visit the Crystal
Palace and the Sao Pedro de Alcantara Neolithic Cathedral. Does not operate

An interesting walking tour within the colonial part of Rio de Janeiro.
It starts in Praça XV and takes you past some of the colonial churches
of Rio. The downtown area is where the 400-year-old city started to grow
and is nowadays a very busy trade center. 2 million people enter daily,
coming in the morning leaving in the evening. Despite this hectic movement,
you can discover the most interesting places, combining baroque and modern
architecture, little cafes, and pedestrian streets.
Sugar
Loaf

Drive to "Praia Vermelha", to take the two-stage car up to the top of
Sugar Loaf (270m), which grants the entrance to Rio's harbor and Guanabara
Bay. The first stage is Morro da Urca with 170m, with a restaurant, amphitheatre
and helicopter-point. The second stage goes on the Sugar Loaf itself.
Tropical
